Frankie Cohen founded Operation Blue Christmas out of a deep passion for bridging the gap between law enforcement and the communities they serve. Raised in a law enforcement family, Frankie has always understood the importance of positive relationships between officers and the public. Inspired by her father's career as a police officer and moved by the events following the tragic loss of officers in Dallas, TX, she launched Operation Blue Christmas in 2016 as part of her high school senior project.

What began as a simple idea to bring joy to families during the holiday season has since evolved into a nonprofit organization with a far-reaching impact. Frankie’s leadership and vision continue to guide Operation Blue Christmas in its mission to build trust, one gift, one family, and one officer at a time.

As Executive Director, Frankie is committed to fostering compassion, connection, and understanding between law enforcement and the community through every program and initiative the organization undertakes.
